What to include in a report
Include the page URL, the affected code, the source workbook name, and a short note describing what looks wrong. That is enough to reproduce most content issues quickly.
For mapping issues, include both the source code and the target code, plus the expected result from the official crosswalk table.
Common issue types
Broken link
Page returns 404 or links to wrong destination.
Stale data
Content does not match the latest official workbook.
Mapping error
Crosswalk row shows wrong target code or title.
Missing page
Code exists in source but has no detail page.
Display issue
Layout broken on mobile or desktop.
Other
Any other issue not covered above.
